Me Gutkin and Me Vincent met at the law faculty back in 1986 et became friends immediately. After having learn the tricks of the trade,  they became managing partners of their respective firm for over a quarter of a century. Me Vincent joined Me Gutkin  at Laframboise Gutkin s.e.n.c. in 2018. Me Dumas had been a partner fro many years.

The three of them developed an immediate synergy.

Moved by shared values,  desirous that their law practice faithfully translates those values, and on the look out to avail themselves of the most advanced technologies,  Me Gutkin, Me Vincent and Me Dumas have decided at the end of 2020 to found this new law firm,  streamlined, efficient, modern, where every aspect has been throughly rethought, and where experience and modernity sit next to each other,  

The firm dwells in the prestigious Westmount Square and occupies the top floor of this unique building designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
